ion Hair Color uses the power of micro-pigmentation. The ion’s microscopic pigment molecules oxidize slower, allowing them to penetrate deep into the cortex of each hair strand for long-lasting, fade-resistant color. Developer is required to activate this product, mix at a 1:1.5 ratio.
